Uti symptoms, yet no uti, test came back negative. Symptoms so bad I had to leave work, plus really bad pelvis pain..

For a young woman who retains her other ovary, the symptoms would be minimal. She would have diminished ovarian reserve as she ages relative to if she were to have two ovaries.

Needs evaluation: Pain on the lower right side is concerning for appendicitis. If the pain is severe or you have fever, nausea or vomiting you should be seen in the emergency room.
