Low wbc.: Hypothyroidism does not lower your white blood cell count, but does cause fatigue. A low white blood cell count may represent infection, allergy, or bone marrow suppression, and low platelets can also be a result of an infection, or a problems with your liver and kidneys. Hard to say: The TSH alone does not suggest that but do not know if the T4 and t3 (liothyronine) are total or free values. You can have all the thyroid values in the normal range and still have symptoms if you have elevated thyroid antibodies. Very often only part of the labs are done and the autoimmune component is missed. You may need additional labs done as your symptoms are consistent with thyroid disease. ...Read more

Cannot diagnose you: I'm a lab specialist. The first principle is that routine labs mean nothing in the absence of a history and physical. If your joints are more extensible than other folks, but serious disease (Ehlers Danlos IV) is not yet obvious, then it is just you and you can stop worrying. Lab reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthies fall outside. Best Rx for these worries is hard exercise. ...Read more

Not likely: Not likely, however, fevers, weight loss and your symptoms as described in your question, make me want to do some addiitional testing-- for viral disease, as mononucleosis, immune deficiency, Lyme disease.
