Low wbc.: Hypothyroidism does not lower your white blood cell count, but does cause fatigue. A low white blood cell count may represent infection, allergy, or bone marrow suppression, and low platelets can also be a result of an infection, or a problems with your liver and kidneys. Hard to say: The TSH alone does not suggest that but do not know if the T4 and t3 (liothyronine) are total or free values. You can have all the thyroid values in the normal range and still have symptoms if you have elevated thyroid antibodies. Very often only part of the labs are done and the autoimmune component is missed. Could be many things: The more important question is whether you are at risk of HIV infection. HIV risk comes from sharing needles, sex without a protective barrier, or other exposure to blood or body fluids. HIV can present with muscle aches. Usually there is also fever.
