Woke up at night with nausea, vomiting, headache and chills at 1 am. After around 7 hours of these symptoms i felt good, and slept fine. Any ideas?

Probably migraine: Migraines are the most common cause of frequent headaches, and they are often associated with nausea/vomiting. Otc pain meds can contribute to rebound/medication overuse headache, which causes the headaches to actually worsen in the long run. Likely a lymph node: There are a number of lymph nodes scattered around the back of the head and neck where they are easily found. At rest they may be the size of a pea and when stimulated they are often bean sized or larger.Size often changes over weeks ; often reflects bug bits, skin rashes or throat irritation, it is not likely related to headaches, nausea or dizziness. Sounds like a virus: The illness sounds viral and in particular a GI (Stomach) virus (called ECHO virus) and this is not spread by droplets rather by direct contact with surfaces etc Handwashing is the best prevention.
