Hard to tell yet: A doctor can check to see if there is a medical issue, if a woman has mild menstrual-related symptoms. Many women have some variation of their mucus discharge, their periods, or a missed period on occasion. Some women feel normal after a few days, but others have bothersome symptoms and follow-up with their doctors. If needed, a pregnancy test is accurate if done correctly after a missed period.

Viral meningitis: This sounds like viral or 'aseptic' meningitis -because if it was bacterial meningitis I think you would be in the hospital already. I would recommend acetaminophen, drink LOTS of fluids, and rest. If you don't get better by tomorrow, you should go to the Emergency Room. You might need a spinal tap or other investigation into what you have. I always like to know as a doctor, so I hope you could go

Should see doctor.: The absence of a detected fever does not negate the fact that this could be an infection. Maybe sinusitis by your description. This symptoms complex requires an evaluation and may require antibiotics.

Csection 2 weeks ago, I have fever, awful headache, nausea, dizziness, and my right outer thigh is completely numb. Are they related? Should I worry?

Seek care now: Yes, they could be all related and could be serious, such as an epidural abcesss or other infection related to your uterine incisions. Fever, numbness and your other symptoms are not normal and warrant immediate attention and evaluation. Get someone to watch the baby and get to the ER yet tonight. Time is important here.

Hydration and rest: I am assuming you are not taking any medicine including BCP if you are stop and see your doctor for alternative and practice safe sex if you are sexually active. If you are not it could be a simple cold viral symptoms rest and hydrate plenty with water and sport drink like Gatorade and treat symptoms with OTC medication. Not better see your doctor.

Ok if I have had a headache for 6 days and neck pain (feels kinda like muscle tightness) and dizziness, is there any way this is meningitis? No fever. No vomiting, slight nausea.

CervicogenicHeadache: The most common symptoms of meningitis are fever and vomiting. The pain of cervicogenic headache is usually unilateral; it originates in the neck and then spreads to the oculofrontal-temporal areas of the head.

Otitis media: Sounds like you may have an ear infection. Please see you doctor or go to a local urgent care to be checked out. Ear pain with fever and cold symptoms is the common presentation of an ear infection. Antibiotics can shorten the course and improve symptoms in ear infections.

Flu: Seasonal flu is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve) are also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP.

See a doctor: You might be having the flue. Having a flue shut will not protect you from all the flue strain. First you have to make sure you are not pregnant. Then you might be dehydrated, with some electolytes abnormalities, that would cause the weakness, headache, and nausea. so please see a doctor so you will be examined and evaluated and treated.

Viraemia: It sounds like it is possibly a viral infection I would try taking warm drinks and Tylenol (acetaminophen) two tablets every four hours and see if that improves your conditiony
