Anemia: Sometimes people with low blood counts (anemia) complain of feeling cold. Other possibilities could include hypothyroidism. Feeling cold with a normal temperature is somewhat of a vague symptom. You would benefit from a full medical history and symptom review as feeling cold as a single symptom does not truly distinguish what may be the underlying cause. Hope this helps! ...Read more

Last night when I got home I started shaking, I was nauseated and I had a headache. My heartbeat was fast. What could be causing these symptoms?
Possible: Its tough to tell without a full history and physical. It could be the rate caused your symptoms, its more likely the underlying problem caused the heart to go fast.
