Allergic reaction: This sounds like an allergic reaction to the monistat. Stop using it and take an antihistamine like benedryl or zyrtec (cetirizine). If it doesn't help this could be some unrelated condition and i would get evaluated by your physician or a local urgent care site. ...Read more

Neuroophthalmologist: Consult if the symptoms don't resolve. There are several possibilities related to viral illness. Thyroid. Migraine, cranial nerves. Myasthenia. I doubt it is related to provigil. You would need to get checked in person if concerned. ...Read more
