Heart disease: I assume your aunt died due to blockage in the coronary artery, which supply blood to heart muscle, thus causing a "heart attack". The most ccommon symptoms are chest discomfort, difficulty breathing, excecessive sweat, fatigue and so on. Not all people will experience these symptoms.
