Rest it: Your frenum scpaped against your lower and possibly sharp edged teeth while sticking your tongue out. Warm salt water rinses and not sticking it out until it heals is all you can do. If this continues to be a problem, you can see the Oral Surgeon to do a frenectomy which will release this muscle and allow more movement outward before hitting the teeth.
