I have all symptoms of hypothyroidism, but blood tests are normal. plus a swollen thyroid left side. What can cause this? Hair is really falling out.

Goiter: You have hashimotos disease. Check thyroid antibodies to confirm. You may not need to do anything to "treat" it other than serial ultrasounds.
