I have all symptoms of hypothyroidism, but blood tests are normal. plus a swollen thyroid left side. What can cause this? Hair is really falling out.

Sore thyroid: Are you sure it is the thyroid that is sore and swollen? If so, it could be subacute thyroiditis, which is thyroid inflammation, which often resolves by itself (there could be transient changes in thyroid blood levels). Autoimmune thyroid disease (eg.
