We call swelling: In this area suprapubic swelling. When the testicles seem like they are moving up this is called a retractile testicle. It is due to contraction of cremaster muscle. Hernias can cause suprapubic swelling, as can enlarged lymph nodes, and perhaps this swelling is impacting the spermatic cord which is connected to the testicles. Lifting something heavy, felt excruciating pain and then swelling in left testicle, could hardly walk up/down stairs and lots of blood in urine?
My left testicle hurts for one week now after over musterbation. My left testicle feels warm (the weather is getting cold) but I don't have pain with erecttion or urination. I don't have blood in urine. Is it dangrues or I need rest?
