No: I would have to have more information to determine the significance of this problem. It isn't normal but it probably is due to bleeding from the incision settling down to the pelvic area. Likely had hydrocele: Small hydroceles surrounding testes could have made you feel testes were larger than they were before. Ur now feeling true size of testes.
