Tinea Pedis: It sounds like a tinea pedis or athletes foot. Fungus can be very resistant to medication. Put lotrimin AF cream as well as hydrocortisone cream 15 three times a day for a week. Severalpossibilities: This may be a part of edema (swelling) that relate to fluid retention. Also, allergy or rheumatologist diseases can cause that. You did not specify whether they hurt, have rash, or swollen on top! also, history of other illnesses and medication intake are important.
