Treat topically: Knowing what antibiotics that you are allergic to would be helpful. A prescription mouth rinse containing chlorhexidine gluconate may be helpful.. Yes: Smoking with a hookah can cause cancer. That said, what your seeing may be anything from normal pigmentation to something quite serious. Please make an appointment to see your Dentist ASAP for an examination, hopefully to rule out anything serious.
