May be nothing serio: It may be nothing serious and if there is no pain, no itching, redness, no fever and it is diffusely spread and not in a localised pocket and only in one hand, see if it will go down by itself, if it persists or other symptoms consult your physician it may be due to allergy to an insect bite. Swollen hand: That is unusual would be seen by ER /doc today. May be carpal tunnel, allergy to some product, bites, or autoimmune disease, rarely clot ,reflex sympathetic dystrophy ( but you need an injury for this) Could try benedryl ( no driving afterward x 6 hour) / but hands are important Go to urgent care ER this AM may need prednisone. ...Read more
