You could have a: Couple things, from a hernia which is not incarcerated to significant gas and distention being trapped in your terminal small bowel from constipation large bowels. May need examiantion: It seems like you are referring to your Groin area where lymph nodes are normally situated. If there is any infection or inflammation in the leg or lower abdomen, these nodes can enlarge temporarily.
