Normal chest X-ray & abdominal/pelivic CT scan, but positive TB skin test? I have low grade fevers, extreme fatigue & swollen lymph nodes. Tb?

You could have a: Couple things, from a hernia which is not incarcerated to significant gas and distention being trapped in your terminal small bowel from constipation large bowels.
