See your doctor...: I am not sure why you are having symptoms, but be evaluated by a doctor very soon. I have swollen lymph nodes on my neck and anemia without iron deficiency. I also have chronic fatigue , dizziness and headaches. Are these related?
My daughter has a swollen lymphnode on her neck for almost 6 mths.... It is soft and easily moveable, last CBC slight anemia . Could it be lymphoma?
Lymph node: Doubtful. There would be other signs besides the lymph node becoming bigger, like weight loss, night sweats, etc. The CBC would also show issues with the WBC and platelet count besides anemia. The location of the node also plays a major role if its more serious. Some lymph nodes become "shoddy" and stop functioning and can remain enlarged which is normal. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Tenderness in joints? Redness, rash, fever, other joint problems? How anemic? Why are you anemic? Has iron deficiency been proven? I recommend a complete history and physical exam, and blood tests. Good luck. ...Read more

You need to find out why you are iron deficient -- a workup by a competent physician is in order, checking for malabsorption, ulcer, hookworm, tumor, more. Once done this will help greatly. ...Read more
My 8 year old has been diagnosed with fanconi anemia and his left lymph node in left hand side of neck is swollen should i be worried ?
Likely benign: The lymph node is most likely benign, however it is very important that you discuss it with your treating Haematologist since your child has Fanconi's anemia.
