See a physician: Nothing against chiropractors but the rash and lymph nodes are not in their field of expertise and should be evaluated by a physician. If the chiropractor has been unable to help with the neck and shoulder discomfort i would take any imaging he/she has done and seek an opinion for an orthopedic doctor.
