I have deviated septum(left nostril smts fully blocked).last time i flew, during descent i had strong pain in neck&left side of head. is it dangerous?

Hard neck mass: I agree with you. Deviated septum is not related to mass on neck and itching. I recommend a second opinion. Focus on the mass not the nasal septum. Anatomy: Concha bullosae are enlarged middle turbinates, which is a variant type of anatomy, causing nasal obstruction. Enlarged inferior turbinates also cause difficulty breathing. I had septoplasty surgery in Oct 2014 which straighten my deviated septum &reduced my turbinates. It's May 2015 &my nose is swollen again, making it hard to breathe. It keeps swelling on and off constantly. What can I do?
