Swollen Mons Pubis Man Hernia
Not to worry: Weight gain gives a man the impression of a smaller penis. As fat accumulates on the lower abdomen, the apparent size of the penis changes. "a large prepubic fat pad makes the penile shaft look shorter, " as we age the penis tends to undergo an actual (& irreversible) reduction in size (in both length & thickness). A hernia that is large can push on the prepubic fat pad and make penis look smaller. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

It's Reversible: I agree with dr. Kimm's excellent answer. If your hernia is large enough to extend into your scrotal sac and obscure your penis, it's time to get that hernia repaired. Having repaired a number of hernias like what you have described, rest assured that everything will eventually look normal again after your surgery. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Skin abcess: This is an increasingly common problem I see in my office and often is a consequence of pubic shaving. It depends on where the bumps are but they are usually caused when a bacteria called Staph enters cracks in the skin and digs in. 1. stop shaving (if you do) for now 2. do not squeeze! this can spread bacteria to other areas 3. see your doctor who can treat by draining or with appropriate meds ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

1 Dime size, no head pimple/blister between scrotum and anus. 2 weeks. Friction from tennis and sweat? Std!?
Sebaceous cyst?: An STD is a very unlikely cause of this sort of problem. More likely an inflamed (infected?) sebaceous cyst or something similar. See a doctor if it doesn't clear up in another week or so. Or sooner if it continues to enlarge, becomes sore, and ASAP if fever or spreading redness. (Your concern about STD suggests you may be at risk, so get tested to be safe. But not the cause of this problem.) ...Read more
