Hidradenitis: Periodic swelling of glands in arm pit would be more clearly defined especially with relationship to causative factors such as a primary site of inflammation spreading to nodes. Also recurrence appearing at random at different sites and with glands so small they are difficult to palpate. In this particular region they drain the genital area and part of the thigh, that means it could be an infection or inflammation in those areas.
