Need a flu test: Although symptoms did not include fever or body aches or fatigue. Common colds or viral pharyngitis can present the same way. Use over the counter medicines to alleviate the throat and headache, such as Cepacol and ibuprofen respectively. We in internetville cannot do the diagnostics. I hope it's nothing serious, but I've seen conditions present like that, that ARE serious. Depends: You really should be seen by your md. The symptoms described could be associated witha number of ailments. It is likely a viral infection, but not necessarily.
