Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Stomach
What cause swollen lymph nodes in the stomach? I have two in my lower right quarent at tht root of the mesentery. Nonspecific subcentimeter!
Moderate chance,,,: You're too young for stomach cancer or most cancers like that. If you've got any risk for cancer at all it would most likely be from the blood and lymph kinds like leukemia and/or lymphoma. Swollen lymph nodes might also be from infections that may or may not be due to cancer. It would be smart to see your doctor and get a blood smear and a lymph node biopsy to start to find out. Good luck. ...Read more
Monitoring Centers: The lymphatic system absorbs and carries things too big to go into the arteries and veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. The lymph nodes "taste" the lymph to see if anything bad is there like bacteria, viruses, cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts. They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react. ...Read more
Tests help: Swollen lymph nodes in the abdomen (stomach) on ct scan could be due to infection, inflammation, or tumor depending on the size, shape, location, and characteristics of the lymph node on ct scan. The doctor should be able to figure out based on the look of the lymph node and what else is going on in the abdomen what tests are needed next. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Lymphnodes: It is common to have some enlarged lymphnodes after having infections. These lymphnodes should resolve over a short period of time. If they dont then they should be evaluated for worsening conditions like cancer or worsening infection. Give it no more than 2 weeks and be reevaluated. You should go to your regular doctor asap to make sure nothing worse is occurring. Make sure to hydrate yourself. ...Read more

You have already mad: You have already made a long list of what is wrong(as per your report). But i can assure you that young people rarely have so many things wrong all at once. So for that rare situation, you should go see your doctor and get a medical check up done asap. Wind pipe, u mean?: Enlarged nodes in the chest can be the result of many things, some more serious than others. It depends on size: Unless these nodes are large(more than 2cm) you do not need to worry. But many diseases affect lymph nodes. Some of the considerations include infections(tb, sarcoid, fungal infections), lymph gland cancers like lymphomas or cancer spread from the lungs or elsewhere in the body. But i would not worry unless they are large enough as the radiologists often over read them anytime they are >0.5cm. ...Read more

You need to see MD: Swollen tender lymph node is sign of infection or inflammation. In this particular region they drain the genital area and part of the thigh, that means it could be an infection or inflammation in those areas. I would recommend seeing a physician, specially if you have been sexually active or have any genital ulcer/lesion. I hope you will feel better. ...Read more
No: Cocaine or other drugs (even sniffed) would not do this. If you have a sore throat, that's probably the cause and both this and the enlarged nodes should clear pretty soon on their own. If not, and especially possible enlarged nodes persist more than 1-2 weeks, see a doctor and get it checked out. ...Read more
Depends: It is unlikely that the cocaine in and of itself would cause lymph nodes to swell (lymphadenopathy); however, whatever other substances are within the administered drug could very well do so. Use of cocaine is incredibly dangerous, not only for the well known effects and addiction issues, but also because of the co-administered materials "cut" with this drug of abuse. ...Read more
