Also recurrence appearing at random at different sites and with glands so small they are difficult to palpate. Possible: Could be from the flu shot, if the site of the shot is red and swollen beyond a silver dollar, I would be concerned about a possible infection. Try to ice the arm and if no better in a day , see a doctor. ...Read more
