I have has a swollen lymph node in left side of neck for 9 months. Now in the last 2 weeks 7 more have for swollen same side no pain not sick at all ?

Probably not!: You definitely need to see a healthcare provider to have this examined. But i can reassure you that one swollen lymph node in someone your age with no other symptoms is very unlikely to be cancer. Lymph nodes are where immune cells hang out, and they swell when those cells get activated. Any infection or inflammation can make them swell.
