Location issue: If you are talking about right behind ear, there usually aren't major lymph node chains hanging out unless it is more in the neck region. Something that may feel like lymph node in the area may be blocked duct/follicle. Not sure if this has anything to do with high prolactin levels but this would not be typical. You can try warm compress as if this is a blocked follicle, may help. ...Read more
