Location issue: If you are talking about right behind ear, there usually aren't major lymph node chains hanging out unless it is more in the neck region. Something that may feel like lymph node in the area may be blocked duct/follicle. Not sure if this has anything to do with high prolactin levels but this would not be typical. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
