Have swollen lymph node behind ear when touched it feels like there's a hard ball in there not on any meds feeling well just got high prolactin levels?
Location issue: If you are talking about right behind ear, there usually aren't major lymph node chains hanging out unless it is more in the neck region. Something that may feel like lymph node in the area may be blocked duct/follicle. Not sure if this has anything to do with high prolactin levels but this would not be typical.
