Not likely: Cancers related to smoking usually require more tobacco than you have years. In addition young people often have lymph nodes that swell when exposed to novel viruses or immune challenges. Problems with teeth or ears can also cause swelling. This node should definitely get smaller over the next week or so. If not see your doc for a thorough exam and history. ...Read more
