Probably cold or flu: Probably just a bad cold or flu. But with "high fever" you need to contact your doctor. Maybe s/he will want to examine you to check for bronchitis or pneumonia that might need an antibiotic. Get an eye exam: Sarcoidosis can produce an inflammation in the eyes called iritis or anterior uveitis. Signs of it would be found on an eye exam.
