Swollen Lump In Collarbone Area
Tender lump under ear (was a swollen lymph node and now feels more like a hard lump) and small lump (swollen lymph node?) by collarbone. Should I worry
Many swollen neck lymphs. Itchy eyes. Hard lumps started on collarbone (was painful now isn't), more painless ones formed in 3 months, rib cage, shin, back of neck few on chest. Good blood work, blood counts, crp, clean chest x-ray. No other symptoms
Lymph glands: Generalized enlargement of lymph nodes are seen in infectious mononucleosis, malignant blood dyscrasias and other infections. I'm not sure that they would be found on the rib cage itself or on the shin bone. I recommend an evaluation by a hematologist or an infectious disease specialist. A lymph node biopsy as well as other tests may be advised by the specialist. ...Read more

Swollen bump under chin to left, tender left breast, sore left nipple with cracks, tingling under left collarbone to nipple cause itch. Is it all related?
Probably unrelated: The lump under the chin could be an enlarged lymph node or swollen salivary gland and if it doesn't recede within a week or if it increases in size or new lumps appear, get examined by an ENT specialist. Dryness and cracks in a nipple aren't unusual but that and the tingling in the chest appears to be separate issues. Left breast tissue may be congested and hormone related but get checked for it. ...Read more

Besides breast cancer/lymphoma, what else causes a hard, immovable, non-tender lump under collarbone in area of infraclavicular node on left side? Thx
Many things: Infection, cyst, benign tumor, bruise/bleed; most lumps are not cancer, but masses that are cancer in general continue to grow with time. If you are over 40, I would recommend you should be having annual mammography, regardless of whether you have an infraclavicular mass.
