Best way to treat a swollen lip?

From what?

Swollen_lip_
If it's swollen from trauma, use ice pack first 24 hours on and off every 15 minutes. Then it's just a waiting game until it goes away. If of unknown origin, you need to see a dentist as soon as possible as it is likely an infection that would require immediate treatment.

My wife has a swollen lip on her virgina like a bump?

Blocked gland?

Swollen_lip
The first thing to try is applying moist heat for 10 minutes at a time 2-4 times daily. If it's a blocked gland, this may help it unclog. But if the bump increases in size or causes increasing pain, it needs to be checked. It can be a blocked gland that needs doctor draining it or it may be something else.

I'm curious as to what should I do about my swollen lip?

Swollen lip

Do you know why your lip is swollen? If it is from some trauma, like biting or getting hit, gently placing an ice pack (Zip-lock bag with water and ice cubes) will help and keep the swelling to minimum. Anti-inflammatory medicine, if you can take it, may be used. If you don't know why it's swollen, please visit your dentist and find out why, so that proper treatment can be offered to you.

If it is from a food allergy, epinephrine injection can reduce it quite rapidly. If it is from other conditions, then one needs to know what causes it before an appropriate treatment can be used.

Can a swollen lip heal overnight?

Yes.

Head-mouth-lips
Depends on why it was swollen. An allergic reaction, if mild, can disappear overnight. Trauma to the lip, such as a blow received in a fight or a cut to the lip will take longer.

How long to heal swollen lip?

Depends

156317727
This depends on the severity and reason. If it is from accidental lip-biting and without any open wound, you will see the healing takes place within a few days. However, more severe cut or trauma in lip may have caused internal bleeding, or infection. If this is the case, you will experience much delayed healing, and seeing a professional first may make a huge difference in how fast you can heal.
