Many possibilities: If it's warm to touch and the redness is spreading it's possible it could be cellulitis (a skin infection). Enlarged nodes: The nodes in your groin function to protect both your lower abdomen and your leg. Think back a few weeks and try to recall if you had any injuries to either that large part of your body, any breaks in your skin. Most of the time your bod can heal itself. If not, see your local doc and hopefully he can help and if not and your groin continues to swell, there is always the option of a biopsy. ...Read more

Evaluate TKR: Early partella dislocation after a tkr that is non traumatic suggests that there maybe a malposition of some of the knee components. Get seen now: 25 year old gentleman taking Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) for unknown autoimmune condition presents with soft tissue infections of unknown duration causing pain and limitation of motion. Unsure if fever is present. I think you should be seen urgently, emergently if you have fever. Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) will suppress your immune system and you need to be seen ASAP. Seek Evaluation: There are several categories of diagnoses related to generalized lymphadenopathy. Common things being common, a viral infection is possible. Lymphoma, leukemia, drug-associated, and bacterial infections are also possible. The workup isn't necessarily a super quick thing. I would see your primary doctor.
