Possible tumor: Bilaterality of nodal disease in the groin is inflammatory or neoplastic. How large are the nodes and how firm?. Inflammation is tender. Tumor not tender. Need work-up: Bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathies-mean-you have lymph nodes enlargement that are located on both groins area. Now, it is not a diagnosis-it is just a sign/clinical finding. Diagnosis still has to be made. Lymphadenopathy: When lymph nodes enlarge it is often due to their performing their designated function in helping to fight off an inflammatory process.
