Without knowing your history and being able to examine the areas involved, it is difficult to give specific advice. Maybe: Sometimes lymph nodes react to infections and when the infection is over they stay enlarged. If the node is not tender and stable probably nothing to worry about. You would need some type of Xray to tell if it is calcified. Don't think that is worth he trouble. ...Read more
