I have a bump on each side of my face above my jaw right in front of my ear lobe , maybe anterior auricular gland ? More painful when pushed on .

Possible tumor: Area under jaw called submandibular area. Swollen glands most often from primry tumor of floor of mouth or lateral tongue on the involved side.
