I have a swollen gland in my armpit. I am constantly touching it. Now it is sore. Can a gland get sore and more swollen by constantly touching it?
My armpit is sore each morning when i get out of bed. Had swollen sweat gland in the past but never any burning... Which is a new symptom. Help!

Just started?: If this just started then I would suspect a viral infection. See an Urgent Care or your Family Doctor for evaluation. No, not necessarily: It can very well be any viral infection other than mono, would give the same picture, the low RBCs count isn't related, it can be due to anemia from any cause, in your case could just be heavy menses.
