My 3 year old daughter has had a itchy rash on the bottoms of her feet for over a week. Now it's on the palms of her hands. It's flat red spots.

Depends: Your condition may be seborreic dermatitis or scalp psoriasis. These conditions are at either end of the spectrum and psoriasis is generally more severe w silvery scale and redness.
