Swollen Eyes And Lips And Pneumonia
I was feeling itchy yesterday and I woke up in the morning with itchy bumps all over my body and swollen eyes and lips and now my fingers are swelling?
Best to see doctor: This is a reaction or allergy to something. It seems severe that even your lips are swollen. Allergy can happen in most parts of your body including your airways and even intestine so it is best to be evaluated and treated as soon as possible to avoid complications or to take away offending factors if known.
I am borderline anaemic and doctor gave me ferrous tablets to take, but have woken up with swollen eyes, lips and face. Is this a normal side effect?
No.: Might want to consider stopping the med. Simple iron supplements are not commonly associated with side effects except constipation. If you are just borderline anemic I would suggest considering increased consumption of good dietary sources of iron. If no symptoms and iron stores look good and you are anemic secondary to menstrual losses, there may not be a good reason to treat anything.

Took tramadol; severe vomiting; extreme sleepiness for hours; swollen eyes; awoke with foam in mouth?
Tramadol effects: Yes, these symptoms sound like you have developed a significant adverse reaction from tramadol. The most problematic are seizures which based on your description is a possibility. Please discontinue the medication immediately and get seen for evaluation as soon as possible.
Was high on Cocaine for 5 hours 3 days ago for my first time Still experiencing fever, dry mouth, swollen eyes/salivary gland Recovery time?
Swear off, OK?: Even if you did a large amount, it would be out of your system by now. In fact, effects are not expected at all after ~5 hrs. Here's info: http://drug. Addictionblog. Org/how-long-does-cocaine-stay-in-your-system/ If you had enough to be toxic - you might have died, so you were lucky this time. Don't press your luck. Steer clear of it. Also it can be 'laced' w/ poisons. It's a bad thing! Best wishes
Hi, I've been taking cetrizine, loratadine and fexafenadine daily for a? Allergic eczema, but still itchy, sore / red/ swollen eyes and mouth. Help
See allergist: It is time for you to consult an allergist since antihistamines alone are unlikely to solve your problem. Eczema requires regular use of moisturizer especially after bathing (due to a defect which leads to excessive loss of water from the skin) and patients with eczema often have staph on their skin making the eczema worse. It is time to see an allergist. Hydrocortisone cream may help the rash.See 4 more doctor answers

I am a 25y old female with dry eyes, mouth. Have had painful, diffuse swollen parotid, treated for parotitis. Consequent swollen eye.;possible sjogrens?
Could be: The symptoms you describe can very well be related to sjogrens. This disease can be diagnosed with certain laboratory data but often requires a biopsy of the salivary glands located in the lip area (minor salivary glands). This can be done easily under local anesthetic in the office by ENT md's.See 2 more doctor answers
Angioneurotic edema: Swelling of the eyes and mouth is usually caused by an allergy to something taken internally. You should consult her doctor to try to figure out what she is allergic to. It is often difficult to know for sure what causes it. If she has noisy breathing or struggles when taking a breath, she should be taken to the ER.
I hit my head hard at work and have a large knot and am still dizzy and sleepy feeling 24 hours later. Also revived a black swollen eye from it.?
Hello ER!: Those type of symptoms should not be ignored! Head injuries are a very serious problem at times- just ask hillary clinton! All joking aside, I would highly recommend having your head checked in the local er right away!
Eyelid is swollen eye is watery an blurred vision and also sometimes pain in eye an sharp head ache pains on the same side. What could be the cause?
Get Eval.: The answer depends upon how long you have had it, how much vision disturbance you have, whether it is strictly one-sided, your age, other health, and other criteria. However, some significant problems can be related. Get ophthalmological evaluation. Depending on what is seen the doctor can refine the possibilities. Consider Cluster HA, SUNCT syndrome, cavernous vein, glaucoma, other.
I had swollen eye for 4days last week now a sore lump on same eyelid not spot/head teeth also hurt with bad breath. Chalzion? And are symptom related??
Probably not: But the space provided to properly describe your symptoms is limited. You need to see 2 practitioners ASAP. You need to see a Physician, preferably an Ophalmologist, who may in turn request Dental and/or ENT consults. You need to see a Dentist, who may in turn request an ENT consult.
Allergy eyes: Rinse the eyes to wash out the allergen. Consider an over the counter allergy tablet. Prescription allergy eye drops will help. Ice compresses. Try to remove the allergen (vacuum, dust, wash sheets and pillows). Consult an eye MD and an allergist. Severe cases may require steroids and an epi pen.See 1 more doctor answer
Allergic symptoms: Because of the bilateral nature, this may be contact related allergy symptoms. Try changing the sheets, blankets, pillows and anything that comes in contact with the face. Eliminate fabric softener and try a detergent that is hypo-allegergenic. Also, consider changing the type of pillow material you sleep with.
Crusty eyes: There are a number of possible causes for crusty eyes. If due to viral conjunctivitis (commonly called pink eye) or an allergy, cold compresses and artificial tears will help. If due to blepharitis, an inflammation of the eyelids, warm compresses are instead indicated. Lastly a bacterial infection will require antibiotics. The best way to determine the cause and proper treatment is an eye exam.
