What can I do to stop shoulder pain that I've had for 6 months but got worse 2 weeks ago (w/ headaches) when I fell on it/head while playing football?
Chronic pain: Hi Kylie, in order to help your shoulder to heal you should get a correct diagnosis. If your shoulder hurt after 6 months from the injury day that means you probably tore partially one of the ligaments or other anatomical structures and it can't heal on its own.
