I have swollen blood vessels when hands are hanging, if I hold them above the chest level, they look normal.Is it normal?
Probably: Blood pumped by the heart goes to the hand in arteries and comes back in the veins, which have no pump. Veins have a thin wall and are easily distended. Gravity pulls the blood down, distending the veins. Lifting the arms pulls blood back to the heart and the veins shrink. is basically a swollen VEIN (thus is a blood vessel) You really should have an in person examination for EXACT diagnosis ind treatment...in the meantime SITZ baths (siting in a partially filled tub of warm-hot (NOT BURNING) water may be very helpful!

Not likely: You are probably feeling a swollen lymph node. If you are sick it is related. If you are not and it hasn't gone down you should be checked out.
