My uric acid is 7.71 mg i play soccer and had many ankle injuries. i woke up with a swollen ankle with pain. this has happened couple of times?

Med side effect: I would get a change in antibiotic. Drugs can do a lot of good things as well as have all types of side effects. Best to just change the medication. Can you have a normal EKG if you have heart problems? What types of heart problems would not show up on an EKG? Only symptom is swollen ankles.

Maybe a cyst: What you have may not be a node but a cyst called a Baker's Cyst. This is a fluid filled structure which can stay the same size, increase in size or break and cause a lot of pain.
