Pinched nerve, back: With the above symptoms, I suspect you may have some pinched nerve in your low back regions...Some people have much pain and others not so much. With symptoms ongoing for months, I suggest seeing a doc for eval, as leaving things too long u may not be able to reverse the neuropathy (numbness in your toes).

More like Groinatica: You likely stretched your inguinal ligament OR you may have stretched one of your upper lumbar nerves which can shoot pain into that area due to the way you were doing the exercise. You may need REST & to back off of the weights. Go LIGHT coming back (real light), ramp up to heavier weights slowly to avoid the same injury.
