Where's swelling?: Flank pain that wraps around to front makes me think of kidney stone. Typically, this pain comes & goes as your ureter attempts to push stone down tube, which can lead to blood in urine. Causes can be long trips/immobility, recent surgery and inherited conditions.These can be life-threatening so need attention.
