Any medications without RX for RA???My flares are back today, hands shoulders,knee are swelling and painful, can`t take prednisone. have Latent TB.

Try DMSO: DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide)--aka horse liniment--is available at a health food store or feed/veterinary supply. For systemic inflammatory conditions as you apparently have, I suggest one tsp per day orally. It tastes terrible.
