I have minor swelling in one calf mainly in the area right slightly below the knee. No apparent swelling in ankles or feet. No pain or redness.

Swelling: Without an exam it is difficult to speak definitively, but if there are vericose veins present this can contribute to non painful swelling . Also , joint fluid can leak from small tears or weakness in the joint capsule. There are many possibilities here and an exam and xrays/tests are in order.
