Vibration in foot: Hello~ I am sure you are thinking that this is some kind of long tract cerebellar symptom. If it were, it would usually appear with other cerebellar signs of ataxia and asterixis. Podiatrist: Best to see the expert on this - the Podiatrist. One episode of bad dress shoe should not result in 3 weeks of swelling/pain, unless you caused some significant damage. Warm soaks!!: The stinger will eventually dissolve or wash out with warm soaks! Do NOT try to remove it yourself!! Prevent infection by applying OTC antibacterial ointment!
