Swelling: Without an exam it is difficult to speak definitively, but if there are vericose veins present this can contribute to non painful swelling . A thorough history and physical exam and possibly some laboratory and radiology exams are needed to determine the exact cause. Yes: It is definitely possible, however it is more likely that if someone has lymphoma and a mass is found in the lung that it is a lesion from the lymphoma rather than a true " lung cancer". But both are possible. Biopsy would surely differentiate between the two. ...Read more
