See your doctor: A colonoscopy 6 years ago would not be helpful for recent abdominal pain. You need a thorough physical exam followed by blood work or imaging (ct scan). A repeat colonoscopy may be warranted based on the above results. ...Read more

No: You had the proper work up for those complaints and the findings are consistent. If things change or worsen the only additional thing that could add more information is a ct scan of the abdomen and pelvis which would visualize things the scopes can't see. ...Read more

R/O IBS: IBS = irritable bowel syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion. You need a full exam and blood work. Especial screen for H pylori . Also stool screen x 3 for occult blood /parasite/hpylori . Given age over 50 you also need a baseline colonoscopy. While you are getting these items checked out you should ditch to a gluten free high fiber diet . Ie gutbliss.com and Wholeapproach.com. 32 F LLQ abd pain: Left sided abdominal pain can be caused by a long list of things. In a 30-year-old female, its more likely to be from ovaries than say from the colon.
