Not recommended: You should be symptom free (no pain or bleeding) ideally before anal sex. If you have internal hemorrhoids, i would recommend against anal intercourse as this can exacerbate the issue . If they are in fact internal hemorrhoids, you can consult a surgeon for banding to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, to reduce flares, also avoid straining and keep stools soft. ...Read more

Possibilities...: Blood in stool is a warning sign. Causes of bleeding may be predictable (e.G rectal trauma, fissure, hemorrhoids with straining), but evaluation is always appropriate. A rule of thumb (but not absolute): black stool means bleeding comes from upper GI tract; grape jelly stool from small bowel; silver stool from biliary tree; burgundy stool from right colon; red blood from left colon to anus. ...Read more

Yes, possibly: Sounds like simple constipation (eating your fruits and vegetables?) with straining causing engorgement of your external hemorrhoids, thus no bleeding (yet!).
