You've got a couple: things going on. You're on insulin, so I'm presuming you are diabetic. DKA can cause hypovolemic hypotension. CKD can cause hyperkalemia (potassium too high) which will absolutely cause weakness & tremors, w/ case reports of hypotension. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Swelling throughout entire body even stomach, liver, kidney, thyriod and heart tests are normal. Drs. Are stumped on the edema, i need help please.?
Hard to tell: There is an entity called benign essential edema. However, this should not extend to whole body swelling. It has no obvious reason and responds to salt restriction and water pills. In view of negative work up, make sure you are not taking a medicine that causes swelling like actos, avandia, (rosiglitazone) and norvasc. Avoid high salt i.e. Bread and rolls, cured and processed meat, pizza, pickles, & fast food. ...Read more

By the way, do not take both Ibuprofen and naproxen, they are similar meds and taking both increases risk of stomach ulcer or kidney damage. Good luck! ...Read more

My mom(56)had2ataks in2 yrsthen she had cardiomegaly& water in lungsafter7days we took discharg&stoped diureticshe died in5hrs.Are we guilty?Dipresed.
Maybe arrhythmia: Sorry about your mom. Since she has had heart attacks, she has scar tissue in the heart muscle which can cause life threatening rhythm problems. Presume that her fluid status was stable in order to be discharged. For death 5 hours after stopping a diuretic, that would be too soon to develop new fluid overload. If it was quite sudden, would consider heart dysrhythmia, or lung blood clot. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Depends on the cause: Cardiomegaly is an enlarged heart. This could be relatively normal, as in an athlete, or due to a more serious problem. It needs further definition, usually with an echocardiogram, to determine the cause. Cardiomegaly is usually a secondary issue.
