I have been having dizzy spells. Could this be related to my copd. It happens at rest also. I have also been having profuse head sweating.
COPD : Not sure what "dizzy" means-can be different things to different people. COPD can cause persons to feel light headed if their oxygen saturation is abnormal. Not safe...: Pots is without a proper algorithm of treatment but benzo use, especially xanax (alprazolam) can only be problematic, short and long term. Autnomic dysfunction: Do you know it's excessive sweating on the left side & NOT lack of normal sweating on the right side? I don't have an age on you. I see you report LOW blood pressure. Depending upon your age you may have a form of autonomic dysfunction which would require testing to try & discover a cause. Then, a treatment plan can be organized.
